Removal type of Dentures remain supported by the implants for the better stability and the function. The old loose dentures of the patients can be used by placing two or four implants in lower jaw and 4 or 6 implants in upper jaw. Fixing keys are prepared in tissue surfaces of the dentures which are locked in implants. The dentures stability and retention are increased (approximately 10 times) .
